REFOUND POLICY
- Warranty exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the date of initial delivery. The guarantee does not include damages caused by the client (Poor washing of the garment, use of cosmetics, perfumes, among others).
- In no case will money be refunded, all changes to the garments will be made at the customer's expense and under their responsibility, including shipping costs, except for changes due to warranty, in this case, the shipping costs are assumed by the marquise.
- To approve the change, the product must be in perfect condition and without previous use by the customer.
- In the event of changes due to warranty and the reference is out of stock, the possible delay or future non-existence of the garment will be notified. If so, the value of the garment will be returned in a voucher to be redeemed in the next 30 days.
- The products can only be exchanged for other brand products that are equivalent to the value of the item to be exchanged or a lower value.
- Products purchased at a discount do not have change.
